Return Policy. CocoKindle Returns and Cancellations
We want you to love your CocoKindle pieces. If something is not quite right. we are here to help. By placing an order with CocoKindle you agree to the terms below.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to individual consumers purchasing from our online store. It does not apply to wholesale. bulk. or business to business orders.
2. Returns Overview
You can request a return within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or sent in error.
If your item meets the criteria in section 3. we will process your return within 7 working days of receiving the item and notify you once approved.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 for faulty or misdescribed goods.
3. What Can Be Returned
- The item is in original. unused condition with all packaging. inserts. and accessories intact.
- No signs of misuse. damage. or modification.
- Hygiene sensitive items that can contact food. for example fondue forks or stirrers. are unused and unopened.
- The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
- You received a faulty or damaged item. photo evidence required.
We may refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or that appear used or damaged due to misuse.
4. How To Initiate A Return
Contact us via the Contact Us page to start a return or report an issue. Include:
- Your order number.
- Your full name and shipping address.
- The reason for the return.
- Photo evidence if the product is damaged or faulty.
Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back. Do not return your item to the sender address shown on the parcel. Approved returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our fault or an error in fulfillment. In those cases we will advise next steps and may provide a pre paid label or reimburse shipping costs.
Use a tracked delivery service. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
6. Right To Cancel. Cooling Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day after delivery without giving a reason.
To cancel. contact us via the Contact Us page within the 14 day period. You then have an additional 14 days to return the item.
We will refund the full purchase amount including the standard delivery fee if charged. Enhanced or express shipping is not refundable.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you of the outcome. If approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your return.
Please note the following.
- Original delivery fees are refunded only if your return is within the 14 day cancellation rights or if the item was faulty.
- Refunds may be reduced if items are returned incomplete. without original packaging. or in diminished condition beyond what is necessary to check the item.
8. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
9. Non Returnable Items
- Gift cards.
- Used or damaged items that are not faulty.
- Personalized or custom items if offered. unless faulty.
10. Important Notes
- Always keep proof of postage and tracking for your return.
- Use a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost or untracked returns.
- Items returned outside this policy may be refused or only partially refunded.
