1. Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is placed we start preparing it for dispatch. Here is what to expect:
- Order Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Most are handled within 24 hours during weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may be processed the following working day.
- Shipping Time. Once dispatched delivery typically takes 8 to 12 working days. Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners. During peak periods or public holidays. delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs
- Standard UK Shipping. £3.99
- Free Delivery. Available on all orders of £50 or more
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.
3. How To Place An Order

- Checkout. Review your items then click “Checkout”.
- Enter your details. Fill in your delivery information accurately to avoid any delays.
- Shipping confirmation. Free shipping applies automatically on orders over £50. Orders under £50 include a £3.99 delivery fee.
- Secure payment. Choose from a variety of secure payment options.

4. Shipping and Fulfilment Process
All CocoKindle products are shipped directly from our international partners to maintain quality. sustainability. and fair pricing. Orders are dispatched in consolidated shipments to reduce unnecessary packaging and environmental impact.
Most orders arrive within the estimated timeframe. Occasionally there may be short delays due to customs clearance. seasonal demand. or courier capacity. We will keep you informed if this occurs.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order appears delayed. missing. or damaged on arrival please contact us promptly. We will investigate with our delivery partners and work to resolve the issue quickly.
6. Customs and Duties
Orders are shipped with all taxes and duties prepaid for UK customers. You will not be charged additional customs fees upon delivery.
