1. Delivery Timeframes

Once your order is placed we start preparing it for dispatch. Here is what to expect:

  • Order Processing. Orders are processed within 1 to 3 working days. Most are handled within 24 hours during weekdays. Orders placed on Fridays or weekends may be processed the following working day.
  • Shipping Time. Once dispatched delivery typically takes 8 to 12 working days. Orders ship directly from our fulfilment partners. During peak periods or public holidays. delivery may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Costs

  • Standard UK Shipping. £3.99
  • Free Delivery. Available on all orders of £50 or more

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your order total.

3. How To Place An Order

  2. Checkout. Review your items then click “Checkout”.
  3. Enter your details. Fill in your delivery information accurately to avoid any delays.
  4. Shipping confirmation. Free shipping applies automatically on orders over £50. Orders under £50 include a £3.99 delivery fee.
  5. Secure payment. Choose from a variety of secure payment options.

5. Delivery Issues
